problems with TPiR tickets
« on: June 26, 2025, 05:18:57 PM »
Hi. I just booked several tickets for TPIR. I downloaded the ticket and when I tried to open it, it said the file was corrupt and could not be opened and I've not received any e-mail confirmations. Don't they e-mail the tickets too? Thank you in advance.

I don't know about Price Is Right, but that happened to me with Baltimore Ravens tickets ordered by phone and it took about a dozen phone calls to Ticketmaster (hopeless) and the Ravens front office to get it resolved. The difference is the football tickets were about $300. Last time I was in Los Angeles, the hotel had piles of tickets to numerous TV tapings sitting on the front desk, tangible and all free for the asking. In so many ways, the good old days really were.

The canned response I got from on camera audiences gave me good advice--go back through my browswer history, find the tickets and take a screen shot. Done and done. But, why would they ask for e-mail addresses if they aren't going to send you a ticket? They did that for the last handful of tapings I attended.
