D+ and Hulu are roughly equivalent, considering if you have any of D+, Hulu, or ESPN+, you can just install the D+ client on whatever device to access all three services.
Peacock is interesting, and I can only assume was included because it has pretty massive reach as a result of being tied to Comcast. (I don't think it's free with cable plans anymore, but for many it's at least significantly discounted.) Paramount+ doesn't really even equate to a pimple on the ass of the streaming market, considering they have to keep spinning off their flagship show to own the rights to their own content.
