The promos remind me of ABC's Wipeout and a couple of other similar shows.

Probably from that first obstacle, which looks like one ANW uses in its Vegas Finals, but this version (a) has ledges and (b) uses clear walls.  Oh, and (c) somebody is shooting things at you.
