Next weekend, from 9 AM Pacific time on Saturday 8/8 until the same time the next day, the Home Game Enterprizes crew is hosting a 24-hour marathon to raise money for ExtraLife and the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, live from the Trivia Championships of North America at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas.  All the fun will be streaming live through Twitch.

The line-up of games is as follows:

9 AM:  High Rollers
10 AM:  Pointless
11 AM:  Blockbusters
Noon:  The Joker's Wild
1 PM:  Only Connect
2 PM:  Split Second
3 PM:  The Weakest Link
4 PM:  The Challengers
5 PM:  Lingo
6 PM:  Duel
7 PM:  Caesar's Challenge
8 PM:  Smush
9 PM:  Match Game
10 PM:  TalkAbout
11 PM:  Eye Guess
Midnight:  Wipeout (Tomarken, since the other version would get us forcibly removed from the Trop)
1 AM:  Password
2 AM:  Pantomime Quiz
3 AM:  Win, Lose, or Draw
4 AM:  You Don't Say!
5 AM:  Countdown
6 AM:  Beat the Clock.
7 AM:  Hollywood Game Night
8 AM:  Super Press Your Luck

You can find links to the Twitch page and the donation site at http://homegameenterprizes.com/marathon.html  We will also update social media throughout the marathon, at the very least at Home Game Enterprizes' Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.

Thanks in advance for your support for the kids!

A bit surprising that being at the Tropicana, "Las Vegas Gambit" is not one of the games being played during the marathon.  At least "Ceasar's Challenge" is a hometown representative.

If I was the only person on the game selection committee, I'm not sure the line-up would be much different than this.  I love these choices, almost universally, and I'll look forward to seeing what the gang does with them.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.

We're 10 1/2 hours away from the marathon starting.  We're at over $1600 in donations, well over $400 of that tonight from an unstreamed marathon of $25,000 Pyramid.  We hope to reach our $2500 goal tomorrow.  We're way over halfway there.  We can do it and we'd appreciate it if you helped.  The schedule, a link to our stream, and a link to donate can be found at http://www.homegameenterprizes.com/marathon.html.

Thanks as always for your support!

Well done, fellas. Cheers.
