You win.

Although the show will have one less pricing game due to the length of said description.

LARadio.com is reporting it. It's just a one-line item and visible to subscribers only.

I've always liked Rich. They fired the wrong guy.

I wasn't a fan of his vocal style at all, but became a little more of a fan through following him on Twitter. He had a certain genuineness about him.  I also liked the rapport he was developing with Drew. I believe he'll move on and find new success elsewhere, though maybe not as an announcer.
Help control the moron population, if you know a moron, kick him in a strategic location.

Hopefully in the future, Rich will find a deal just as lucrative as Price.

I can see it now, him demanding that the Jackpot Round sponsor be changed back to Hot Pockets so he can recite a long spiel about them.
After reading thru the thread, I have a wild theory about Rich's departure from Price/Fremantle which may or may not be too far out of the realm of scenarios:
In Fremantle's mind, Rich was not the right "sound" for TPIR anymore.  They gave him a option of moving to the announcer seat on "Pyramid" -- should CBS pick it up this fall -- for less money.  Rich refused, so Fremantle showed him the door.  It's the same tactic the major (evil) radio conglomerates has been doing to their air talent in the last 5 years -- a less-notable role for less money.

I think Rich would definitely be a better fit for Pyramid than for Price, if that was indeed Fremantle's thinking.

Regardless of the circumstances regarding his departure, at least he has his Meteorology career he can fall back on.
Except for Fremantle having nothing to do with the production of "Pyramid"
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

Sorry about that, Chief...  I don't know why I had it in my head that Fremantle was w/Pyramid.

Strike that comment from the records.

Tim, perhaps you were thinking of Emeril Lagasse's cooking game show, also in contention for the slot? That show is being produced by Fremantle.
