Lovers, haters, people who could care less and whatever...

Apparently WNBC is giving up on MGC in the 4 PM slot for this season, as they're going to be moving Ellen back to the timeslot as of Monday.

Where does Crosswords land, then? 11:30 AM, following Access Hollywood and opposite both the second half of The View and TPIR.

(Also up against TTD on GSN, which I try to catch when I can now that it's on the lineup)
I suppose you can still learn stuff on TLC, though it would be more in the Goofus & Gallant sense, that is (don't do what these parents did)"- Travis Eberle, 2012

Aw, bad news.

Crosswords was wonderful to watch after-school.

In a (perhaps vain) effort to make lemonade out of lemons...

If there is anything good that comes from this, they at least did not dump it into the graveyard (late night) shift in an effort to blow it off.

Not like they could have, considering channel 4's NBC O&O status...only slot I believe they have is 4 AM in late night.

I believe WNBC changed their mind and kept the show at 4PM.  Am I not right?

According to this, you're not right.

Where did you hear that?

I go by the cue of what WLNY does.

Both air Ellen's show. Today, WNBC did their airing at 11 AM, WLNY at 4.

I saw a commercial on WLNY today while watching Matlock (yes, I'm a 25-year old who enjoys Matlock- shoot me) and it said that Ellen was moving to 10 starting Monday.

Now, if that doesn't tell me that something's up over at Channel 4 that would affect TV 10/55, I don't know what does.

Not enough that I'd go torrent fishing or set my watch by it, but I liked the show. Moreso than Crosswords, fo' sho'.

If you didn’t create it, it isn’t your content.

You all talk as if there were something wrong with liking Matlock...

Hey, Matlock is the shizznit. One of the local stations airs it in the mornings or afternoons, right along with "Perry Mason" and "Ironside". I've become hooked on the latter.

/Still miss "In the Heat of the Night".

ObGameShow: I'm pretty sure someone from "Ironside" did a game show.
"They're both Norman Jewison movies, Troy, but we did think of one Jew more famous than Tevye."

Now celebrating his 22nd season on GSF!
