Nah, I seem to recall after a host died, or the news about Barker retiring broke, there were more than that.

Oh, no.  I think the record is eight or nine -- probably the passing of Nipsey Russell or Peter Tomarken if my memory is correct.  And then there's the occasional individual who starts multiple threads on the same topic himself because he's told to post in the proper area and decides that the instruction is optional.
