........keeping Alex Trebek employed until he's 72----two years older than Art Fleming was when he passed away.

Because, God forbid someone makes a spelling error. I mean, yeah, the writer should've done some quick copy editing, but cut the guy (or girl) some slack.

I'd honestly give them slack considering Sajak isn't a common name.
"I just wanna give a shoutout to my homies in their late-30s who are watching this on Paramount+ right now, cause they couldn't stay up late enough to watch it live!"

Now celebrating his 21st season on GSF!

Eh, I wouldn't. Unless the writer personally knows someone named Sajack, then that ought to ping as an uncommon name, and a 30-second visit to, say, wheeloffortune.com is in order.

I'm just wondering how long Vanna will be kept around.  Sooner or later, there's going to be the pressure to get someone young and hawt in her place.

I wouldn't be surprised if Sony already has Shandi's name on the back burner.  She'd be the perfect fit for that show!

She'd be the perfect fit for........hey, here comes Ernest Angely's censor machine.
I had Claudia Jordan in mind myself. Or Vida Guerra. Or that hot chick at b-dubs.

That's choice! Next time I'm up in the North Coast and the sound goes away for that half-second, I will say, "There goes Angely's Blackout button again!".
You see, friends? The game show connections are everywhere!
By the way, Blackout's anniversary is tomorrow. In its honor, a moment of silence. Fitting for that show, hmm?
Swinging this all the way back to topic, Blackout host Bob Goen hosted Wheel Of Fortune for two years.

It's better than my idea of a moment of unconsciousness.

And better than my idea of cutting the power to the city.

/Looting, anyone?
//That's a JOKE.

This way, if Pat leaves and Chuck comes back, we'll have a Lingo reunion.
Then the new catch phrase will be, "Sajak left Wheel".

Somehow I think Vanna's replacement is already named.  Her name is Automatic Display
