Here in the Tampa Bay area, it's still on (7:30PM, WTSP ch.10). I haven't checked it out lately, though I suspect that they're now showing last season's episodes.
As for why the Saturday Jeopardy's been off in Chicago, could it be due to football, perhaps? If so, maybe it'll return when the college football season's over.
