I know others have posted about this online, so I figured I might post my thoughts as well: I was born in 1984(December, specifically), and i've grown up watching the show like many others...
I've never been in the business(with the exception of a year and a half in a local technical college's Broadcast Production Technology program, around 2004-2005); I like watching the Bob Barker episodes, even the Tom Kennedy, Dennis James and Doug Davidson versions, and on occasion I watch Drew's current version.
I will echo what others out there have said, in that I hope that Buzzr never drops the show's reruns, or that the Barker Era channel never goes away... yes, there were some things behind the scenes that were rather tawdry(which is/was the case with many shows of the era); however, I want to think about the show as it was/is: a half hour or hour(depending on the era/version) where ordinary people win cash, prizes, cars, trips, etc.
I don't want the PC police or Cancel Culture to cause the show's reruns to go away... if one does not want to watch the reruns, they don't have to, as is the case with every show/movie/event that exists... I want to make my own choices in entertainment, not have some one person, or group of people decide what I should watch/listen to/read...
