Some would know better than I--is there anything new to Buzzr in the tribute besides the Carey special?

So far, only a handful of Family Feud episodes. They're airing one of those TPIR vs. Y&R weeks from the early 90s.

The weekend of 12/16 looks like a hodgepodge during the day. Black and white classics including Make the Connection, TTTT, and even The Match Game are scheduled along with episodes 21-25 of Body Language. No idea if it's a stunt or a new regular thing.

I was curious what Buzzr would be airing during the Barker tribute, so I looked to see what I could find so far. I'm going by the source code from the "schedule_by_date" pages, and I'm confused by some of what I'm seeing.

December 4
10:00 a.m. Eastern / 7:00 a.m. Pacific - The Price Is Right: A Tribute to Bob Barker
11:00 a.m. Eastern / 8:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game PM (1977; Barker on the panel)
11:30 a.m. Eastern / 8:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game PM (1978; Barker on the panel)
12:00 p.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game PM (1978; Barker on the panel)
12:30 p.m. Eastern / 9:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 75 (Barker not present, but Gene plugs the week of Tattletales in which the hosts take turns hosting and competing)
1:00 p.m. Eastern / 10:00 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1975; Gene Rayburn hosts while Bob and Dorothy Jo compete)
1:30 p.m. Eastern / 10:30 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1975; Bob and Dorothy Jo compete)

December 5
10:00 a.m. Eastern / 7:00 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1989; did TPIR compete on Feud in 1989?)
10:30 a.m. Eastern / 7:30 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1993; presumably The Price Is Right vs. The Young and the Restless)
11:00 a.m. Eastern / 8:00 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1975; Bob and Dorothy Jo compete)
11:30 a.m. Eastern / 8:30 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1975; Bob and Dorothy Jo compete)
12:00 p.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 75 (Barker on the panel)
12:30 p.m. Eastern / 9:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 75 (Barker on the panel)
1:00 p.m. Eastern / 10:00 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1975; Bob and Dorothy Jo compete)
1:30 p.m. Eastern / 10:30 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1975; Bob and Dorothy Jo compete)

December 6
10:00 a.m. Eastern / 7:00 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1993; presumably TPIR vs. Y&R)
10:30 a.m. Eastern / 7:30 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1993; presumably TPIR vs. Y&R)
11:00 a.m. Eastern / 8:00 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1977; the episode number doesn't align with the wiki on fandom.com for a Barker week)
11:30 a.m. Eastern / 8:30 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1977; the episode number doesn't align with the wiki on fandom.com for a Barker week)
12:00 p.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 75 (Barker on the panel)
12:30 p.m. Eastern / 9:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 75 (Barker on the panel)
1:00 p.m. Eastern / 10:00 a.m. Pacific - The Price Is Right: A Tribute to Bob Barker (notable that this airs directly opposite CBS's TPIR in the West Coast)

December 7
10:00 a.m. Eastern / 7:00 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1993; presumably TPIR vs. Y&R)
10:30 a.m. Eastern / 7:30 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1993; presumably TPIR vs. Y&R)
11:00 a.m. Eastern / 8:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 78 (Barker on the panel)
11:30 a.m. Eastern / 8:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 78 (Barker on the panel)
12:00 p.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 78 (Barker on the panel)
12:30 p.m. Eastern / 9:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 78 (Barker on the panel)

December 8
10:00 a.m. Eastern / 7:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game (1979; I don't see an episode number; presumably Barker on the panel during the syndicated run)
10:30 a.m. Eastern / 7:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game (1979; I don't see an episode number; presumably Barker on the panel during the syndicated run)
11:00 a.m. Eastern / 8:00 a.m. Pacific - The Price Is Right: A Tribute to Bob Barker (notable that this airs directly opposite CBS's TPIR in the East Coast)
12:00 p.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game (1979; I don't see an episode number; presumably Barker on the panel during the syndicated run)
12:30 p.m. Eastern / 9:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game (1979; I don't see an episode number; presumably Barker on the panel during the syndicated run)

December 9
10:30 a.m. Eastern / 7:30 a.m. Pacific - To Tell the Truth (1991; I'm confused -- this isn't what normally airs in this slot, but Barker never did To Tell the Truth, right?)
11:00 a.m. Eastern / 8:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 75 (Barker on the panel)
11:30 a.m. Eastern / 8:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 75 (Barker on the panel, but Buzzr lists the exact same episode number as the prior half hour)
12:00 p.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 75 (the episode after Barker was on the panel?)
12:30 p.m. Eastern / 9:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game PM (1978; Barker on the panel)
1:00 p.m. Eastern / 10:00 a.m. Pacific - The Price Is Right: A Tribute to Bob Barker

Buzzr's listings show episode 149 for Truth '90. Marshall Akers' site shows the following three subjects during that episode, which has a panel of Orson Bean, Dana Hill, David Niven Jr., and Kitty Carlisle

Harold Wilkins - Game show fan and date for Kitty Carlisle
Eddie Benales - Former gang member, author: "From Gangs To Grace"
Mark Wayland - Head bump doctor/Owner of traffic school

I have to assume Barker or Price may have some tangential connection to the first subject (at least unless Barker was in a gang, had a concussion, or needed to clear a parking ticket).  Either that or Buzzr just really needed to fill a 30 minute hole that day and went with Truth (tangent about this below the line)

And as far as I know Barker never did a walk-on (and NBC probably wouldn't be in a massive hurry to promote the star of their competitor's top daytime game)
=======
(tangent: honestly I am shocked that they've never put the 1980, 1990, or 2000 reboots on the regular schedule - the 1990 version in particular feels like it'd be a great daily fixture for the channel, or 2000 for something more "contemporary", meanwhile 1980 has a really fascinating list of guests)

Perhaps there's a game show survey of some sort.

Yes, voila:

Honestly your leaving in my parenthetical kept the tiniest brief spark for a moment it was going to be the gang. This was, however, delightful and I'm glad they're running it.

I haven't been catching many of the episodes -- with nothing especially revelatory, I forgot it was going on (plus I'm usually asleep during the 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. Pacific hours). But even though I had forgotten about the tribute, my downstairs neighbor woke me up at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, so I turned on Buzzr. I was very confused why Dawson Feud had been replaced by a Combs episode featuring two teams of comedians -- it wasn't until the following TPIR vs. Y&R episode that I realized it was because one of the surveys had "Bob Barker" as a number one answer.

Might as well finish the list for the sake of completion. December 10 only features episodes that aired during prior days. It looks like we get a couple of new-to-Buzzr episodes on December 12.

December 10
10:30 a.m. Eastern / 7:30 a.m. Pacific - The Price Is Right: A Tribute to Bob Barker
11:30 a.m. Eastern / 8:30 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1993; TPIR vs. Y&R)
12:00 p.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1993; TPIR vs. Y&R)
12:30 p.m. Eastern / 9:30 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1993; TPIR vs. Y&R)
1:00 p.m. Eastern / 10:00 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1993; TPIR vs. Y&R)
1:30 p.m. Eastern / 10:30 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1993; TPIR vs. Y&R)

December 11
10:00 a.m. Eastern / 7:00 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1975; Bob and Dorothy Jo compete)
10:30 a.m. Eastern / 7:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 77 (Barker on the panel)
11:00 a.m. Eastern / 8:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 77 (Barker on the panel)
11:30 a.m. Eastern / 8:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 77 (Barker on the panel)
12:00 p.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 77 (Barker on the panel)
12:30 p.m. Eastern / 9:30 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1977; the episode number doesn't align with the wiki on fandom.com for a Barker week)
1:00 p.m. Eastern / 10:00 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1977; the episode number doesn't align with the wiki on fandom.com for a Barker week)
1:30 p.m. Eastern / 10:30 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1975; Bob and Dorothy Jo compete)

December 12
10:00 a.m. Eastern / 7:00 a.m. Pacific - To Tell the Truth (1991; the same "game show fan" episode from before)
10:30 a.m. Eastern / 7:30 a.m. Pacific - I've Got a Secret (1972; Barker is the special guest)
11:00 a.m. Eastern / 8:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 78 (Barker on the panel)
11:30 a.m. Eastern / 8:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game 75 (Barker on the panel)
12:00 p.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Pacific - Match Game PM (1977; Barker on the panel)
12:30 p.m. Eastern / 9:30 a.m. Pacific - Match Game (1979; I don't see an episode number; presumably Barker on the panel during the syndicated run)
1:00 p.m. Eastern / 10:00 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1975; Barker hosts)
1:30 p.m. Eastern / 10:30 a.m. Pacific - Tattletales (1976; the episode number doesn't align with the wiki on fandom.com for a Barker week)
2:00 p.m. Eastern / 11:00 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1982; an ordinary episode in which presumably "Bob Barker" will be a correct answer)
2:30 p.m. Eastern / 11:30 a.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1976; an ordinary episode in which "Bob Barker" is a correct answer)
3:00 p.m. Eastern / 12:00 p.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1978; the episode I cross-referenced this with didn't have Barker in a survey)
3:30 p.m. Eastern / 12:30 p.m. Pacific - Family Feud (1981; the episode I cross-referenced this with didn't have Barker in a survey)
4:00 p.m. Eastern / 1:00 p.m. Pacific - The Price Is Right: A Tribute to Bob Barker

Could be worse, they could have pulled out an episode where a member of the family was named Bob, and he lived here -- https://www.villageofbarker.org/
