Regarding rhe timelines of the Gene Wood Canadian versions of AYCD and BtC, which through what I've read is a little blurry:

From what I gather, Gene made the transgression between Anything... and Beat... somewhere around 1972.  Was he hosting new episodes of both at the same time or was he done with AYCD before he hosted BtC, or were there reruns of Gene on the former while he hosted the latter?

In 1971-72, Gene hosted the first season of Anything You Can Do (taped in Ottawa) while he was announcing Beat the Clock (taped in Montreal).  In 1972-73, Gene took over Beat the Clock while Don Harron took over Anything You Can Do.  He wasn't hosting both shows at the same time, but he was seemingly commuting between the two cities a lot for a while (about an hour's drive from each other).

Two hours if you're lucky.

More back then, since the 417 freeway wasn't completed until 1975.

It looks like GameTVGo only has 20 episodes of Anything You Can Do in the rotation so far. Hopefully they'll add more eventually.
It appears they are airing more than 20 episodes.  An episode 34 just aired, plus episodes numbered 25, 27, and 38 will air this weekend.

They must have dropped some more in. Thanks for the heads up!

Two episodes of Anything You Can Do will apparently air on the regular GameTV channel on July 1st.  Maybe they're considering adding it to the regular schedule.

It's part of an all-day marathon of Canadian shows for Canada Day, but I think it's the only show in the marathon that's not already on the lineup so maybe so.

For the other person besides myself who watches Anything You Can Do, more episodes are being added to the rotation.  An episode 55 is airing late tonight, then episode 65 will air tomorrow afternoon.  The highest episode number I had seen until now is 42.

I have been told reliably that all 390 episodes of Anything You Can Do exist and that Paramount has all the tapes.  Whether these are from that batch or some other source I have no idea.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.

Another early '70s game show we thought was gone is still intact.  It makes you wonder what else is out there we don't know about.

I watched Anything You Can Do practically every day as it was on at 4 PM, so I could see it after school.  Oddly, I only remember seeing the Don Harron episodes although I know CTV also showed Gene Wood.  I guess I didn't watch it during the first season.

As soon as Tattletales came on at 4 PM I started watching that instead!
