I cant believe they don't even have GENERIC Long Island/Brooklyn female voices out there. Even something close would be decent.

Well...TTS voices exist, pacdude...even free ones. What I'm surprised at is trhat they haven't invented state specific ones yet...I mean, they have country/language... Why not state?

Because the return on investment for a Lawn Guyland accent is going to be one schmuck who gets his jollies off on one specific voice. The need for a company to invest in what you want is honestly just you.
