Pyramid Question

I'm curious; did anyone during the 1982-91 run ever "Blitz" a game (I.E.: $25,000 in the WC, $10,000 for two "21-21" tiebreakers, $1100 for the 7-11, AND the Mystery 7 prize in the same show)?

I wanna say one person came damn close, getting the $10k for the tie-breakers, and missing the $25k by about half a second. I couldn't swear to the 7-11/Mystery 7 though.

There was one $25K ep. that reran not too long ago on GSN where the contestant won two 21-21 tiebreakers, won the $10K the first time, won the Mystery 7, and came very close to winning the full $25K but Martha Smith got zapped on the last box ("Ladies in elegant gowns" for you fans of the "What not to do" series).  The other contestant got the 7-11 and got a extra vacation trip out of kindness from Bob Stewart (although his wallet wasn't as happy).
