The Daytime Emmy Awards finally have a date and a network.

The kudocast - which CBS refused to air earlier this year after years of declining viewership - will air Aug. 30 on the CW network. The awards will air from the Orpheus Theater in Los Angeles.

Nominations will be announced May 14.

Let's hope the game show prizes are handed out in prime time and not during the Creattive Arts ceremony, like last year.
