I'm impressed.  Looks really sharp.  Now for them to ditch that stupid "audience in the round" concept.....

/Studio 33 at CBS will be available for awhile now....

I think it's great, personally. Modernized, but with a nod to the classic logo. Brilliant. [/quote]

To each their own I guess. Still a step up from the WordArt logo from this past season, but I can't get past the feeling they just wanted to cram in as many layer effects from Photoshop as possible.

I suppose you could look at it that way... but at least they've avoided last year's complaint that the logo was too simple :)

(I liked last year's' fine. After all, the original show used the couldn't-be-plainer Fast Money board lettering as a sort of secondary logo, even, I believe, using it on stuff like the home game where the stitched letters would have been just as easy. But the new one just feels right.)

Family Feud is embracing their classic roots even more by the introduction of a new logo.  You can see it by clicking here.  The word art is gone and a new, more classic-looking logo is taking its place.  Also, I'm hearing from people at the tapings that the family portrait area is getting 70s looking furniture.  The new season debuts in mid-September.

It looks great!!  Can't wait to see it on my bigscreen this fall!!!

I like the logo, but it would only be the cherry on top if I heard the classic theme. Hell, I'd settle with the 94 theme.

Speculation can end, I believe.  According to some audience members I heard from, the set and music stayed the same.

Too bad about the music...personally, I think the 94 theme would be a good fit for the current version...modernized, yet still gives a nod to the "classic" era they're trying to recapture.

Looks good to me, too.  Now, if they could just get somebody to make the set look less like a piņata exploded all over it...

Yeah, it looks nice.

We'd need a digitalized 70s Richard Dawson hosting, although I'm told holographic kisses just aren't as sweet.

Seriously, great logo.  Now that I'm back in academia full-time, I can take some time to enjoy game shows on TV and this forum again, come late August.
