OK, OK, Julien Lempers brings "verbose" to a whole new level -- par for the course in France -- but I still think that round is a great concept, and well executed.

I'm sure it is (although I'm not sure how interesting it is to have to wait out the clock until it gets to your side), but my point was merely that since the majority of us here do not speak French, it was difficult to appreciate the genius of the game's design when it was basically a lot of gibberish. :)

Here in Lafayette, LA, TV5 is included in analog extended on Cox.

Just a quick clarification for Mr. Lemon and others - when I went to the taping about 5 years ago, there were merely lightbulbs that would light up below the camera that was pointed at you to indicate you could buzz in - there didn't seem to be any indication when they would go on and off (ie. you couldn't see the on screen display).

And as for Mr. Lepers' rapid speaking... yes, agreed!  He was definitely an interesting character to meet in person.
