Does anyone know the name of the font used in the Melody Roulette on the Dennis James version of "Name That Tune"?

I don't believe that's a typeface. I think it was hand-painted, or applied from homemade stencils.

After spending more time than I should have on this, I'm inclined to agree. I looked through Google's font lists, and there wasn't an exact match.
