Title: Classroom Jeopardy! help

Hey there.  I just got my new Classroom Jeopardy! setup this past week and I have been fiddling around with it for Christmas.  What I need to know is, I have read somewhere that it is possible with the new system to "force" a Daily Double, do you know how this is done?

Assuming you have the newer version, Page 16, Quickstart guide:

"If you wish to help a player or team that is falling behind, you can
prompt a Daily Double. The Host can assign the Daily Double to the
currently picked clue by pressing and holding INCORRECT then
pressing the SELECT button."
