In New York, "5th Grader" will air on WPIX-TV at 5 p.m. Not sure if it's a double run.

In Flint-Saginaw-Bay City, 5th Grader airs at 5 pm on WSMH (FOX-66), followed by Deal or No Deal at 5:30. (The newly-syndicated The Office is at 6:30!)
Also, the tentative scheduling for Let's Make a Deal is for it to run on WNEM-DT2 (My5) at 10am. I'm hoping that they'll switch and move it to the main CBS or maybe even run it overnight, but no word on any other scheduling plans.

According to these (http://\"http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showpost.php?p=4262597&postcount=81\") three (http://\"http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showpost.php?p=4263414&postcount=83\") posts (http://\"http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showpost.php?p=4267368&postcount=95\") at the Sitcoms Online board, there are some pretty big syndie changes here in Portland:

•KGW 8 (NBC) will air Jeopardy at 6:30 PM and WoF at 7:30 PM, moving from their longtime 7-8 PM home at KATU. Hopefully, I'll finally be able to watch them in HD!
•KATU 2 (ABC) will air WWTBAM at 3:30 PM (2nd run) and 7:00 PM (1st run), and 5th Grader will air at 3:00 PM (2nd run) and 7:30 PM (1st run)
•KPTV 12 (FOX) will air a single run of DoND at 7:00 PM.

The schedules for KOIN 6 (CBS) and KPDX 49 (MyNetworkTV) haven't been posted yet, but I'm guessing that Feud will stay at its current single run 9:00 AM slot on KOIN.

Be grateful that Marie Osmond's show didn't get picked up. The Flint-Saginaw-Bay City's WNEM's MY5 channel was not going to air the new CBS game show hour and use it for that talk show or other programming instead.

That's music to my ears.  Hopefully, it won't compete against WoF(maybe J!, I'm not really that much into that show once David Madden left the show a few years ago).  If I miss its initial airing, CMT will bail me out, I hope.

WTKR will air LMaD at 3, replacing Guiding Light. They will not air D/ND for season two; unsure on where it's going.

A friend of mine who works for WTVZ said they're supposed to get a game show this fall (my guess is 5th Grader). I'm also guessing it's taking the noon slot held by TP:AP and Temptation before that. With both shows going to MNTV in primetime, I'm guessing that both shows might actually go to WTVZ as daytime counterparts. Just off speculation, but I'm almost positive one of those two will end up there.

Heh.  None of the above own in my area...and they don't like to follow patterns either (the last few syndie offerings that were purchased by conglomerates with affiliates here did not place them here).

I can confirm something:  Family Feud probably won't hold the same timeslot on WBND for more than six weeks at a time.  It's been double at 9, double at 10, double at 12, single at 10:30, single at 9:30...just in the last eight months.

Lansing, MI market:

3:30 AM - Deal or No Deal (last season) - WILX (10)
11:00 AM - The Price is Right - WLNS (6)
3:00 PM - Let's Make a Deal - WLNS (6)
4:00/4:30 PM - Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? - WSYM (47)
5:00/5:30 PM - Familiy Feud - WHTV(18) (starting this schedule on 9/21, until then 5:00/6:00)
5:30 PM - Deal or No Deal - WILX (10)
7:00 PM - Wheel of Fortune - WILX (10)
7:30 PM - Jeopardy! - WILX (10)
7:30 PM - WWTBAM - WLAJ (53)

Also, WILX still can't air syndicated programs in HD, they said maybe next year they'll be able to get the equipment, but the economy isn't helping them.

Edit 8/19/09:  Confirmation of WWTBAM
Edit 9/8/09: Added Family Feud based on guide data.

Blame it on the out of touch WNEM programming director who ran out the younger one. They are clueless on what viewers really want. The lineup on WNEM is full of aging shows and My-5 has just a cluster of programming that other stations don't want. Putting Martha at 10 is a dumb move. If they were really smart, they'd move the aging Dr. Phil to 10 and air Let's Make A Deal at 3 like the rest of the nation. Terrible decisions like that will hurt them. WEYI knows it which is why they have The Doctors and Ellen in the afternoon. WSMH was smart in picking up Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader. Otherwise, it would be on My-5 at 11 during The Price Is Right like Trivial Pursuit was. Good to know they're at least airing Let's Make A Deal and not running paid programming like they did with Jeopardy at 12:30.

The beginnings of what might be happening on WDCA-20 in Washington are starting to come out.

As of Mon Sep 7, they are splitting the double-runs of Feud and DoND, running one of each at 9 a.m. and one of each again at 2 p.m. -- it's double Deal at 9 and double Feud at 2 right now.

They're still running a double-run of TP:AP at 10 a.m., although my hunch is that this is where one (or both) slots of AYSTa5G will wind up.

There's no reason to believe there will be any changes on WJLA-7, the ABC affiliate, with WWTBAM at 12:30, Wheel at 7 and J! at 7:30.

In St. Louis...Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader? is at 6:30 PM Tuesday-Friday on KTVI Ch. 2 (opposite Wheel of Fortune on KSDK Ch. 5) and Monday nights (actually Tuesday) at midnight; and if I'm not mistaken LMAD will be airing on KMOV Ch. 4 (CBS) at 2pm (Guiding Light's former timeslot).

The schedules for KOIN 6 (CBS) and KPDX 49 (MyNetworkTV) haven't been posted yet, but I'm guessing that Feud will stay at its current single run 9:00 AM slot on KOIN.
I've noticed that in Scranton, WNEP begins a newscast at 4 (which, being the market leader, I'm surprised it took them *this* long), which seems to remove DoND from their lineup. Millionaire was at 4, but now moves to 4:30. DoND is nowhere to be seen. Anyone know where it's going?

Don't know much about what will be airing where and when here in Erie, PA, but I can say that starting on 9/7, I will finally have access to Trivial Pursuit:  America Plays on WUAB out of Cleveland via Time Warner Cable at 8 am weekdays.  I wonder if they'll air reruns all season long or this is just temporary, considering the show has not been picked up for a second season.

Update: 5th Grader will be on at 3:00 PM. Deal or No Deal moves backwards to 2:30, which was TP:AP's old slot.

They were nice enough to let 5th Grader start the Monday after Trivial Pursuit ends, so we don't have to do a crazy rollout schedule this year. The swap happens on September 21.

Also on September 21, WREX-DT changes its call letters to WREX. Not WREX-TV, like we had been for the past 55 years before 2/17/09.

Kalamazoo/Grand Rapids will also be watching LMaD/Price back to back, with Dr. Phil taking the 3 pm slot. Just notified by WWMT's program director. For what it's worth - my own personal feelings on this....
I can take an hour of this kind of show, but two back-to-back? I could handle them separately at 11am and 3pm. Might as well just run audience shots from WWE smackdown matches. If the ratings are good and CBS decides to cancel As The World Turns and replace it with a game show version of Ow! My Balls!!.......Idiocracy will have gone from comedy to documentary.
Sorry...just had to rant. Pyramid would have been sweet at 10 am. Even if The Dating Game followed.

5th, I don't know? Seems a bit dodgy there at 10:30pm plus with our Comcast package, most those channels are in the Two Fifties!

I'd like to NOT get a One year wonder out of this.

It's not going to the CBS affiliate (WWJ-TV). They replaced TP: AP and the second run of Feud with a second run of Dr. Phil at 9 AM. That's too bad. I liked the combo of game and soaps for most of the day. Bonnie Hunt moves into the old Phil #2 slot at 3 PM. The big surprise to me is that Judge Mathis is getting replaced with Tom Bergeron and AFV at 4 PM.

Looking ahead on my TiVo and online listings, it looks like MyTVZ is picking up Deal or No Deal starting September 7 from WTKR, in the same 4/4:30 timeslot it was back at WTKR. As with fostergray82, I'm presuming MyTVZ will be getting 5th Grader on the 21st in the 12/12:30 timeslot right before Family Feud at 1/1:30. It's a bit of a letdown for me to see DoND leave WTKR; I always thought it held its own very well in that timeslot, counterprogramming Oprah and The Doctors. A LMaD/DoND combo at 3 and 4 would have been great.

As for the other games, with Millionaire on WTKR and Wheel/J! on WVEC, they will stay put.

Hey, I don't mind 5th Grader at 10:30 PM as long as it doesn't "conflict" with either J! or WoF/  My channel markers for MyPhl17 are 4(the basic channel) & 235(the "HD" channek).

As far as FF goes, at least I have WFMZ to fall back on once in awhile.

I would've liked to see LMaD at 3 because then we'd have Dr Oz at 9 AM followed by the Doctors at 10 AM. but since the Doctors stay put at 3 PM means a nice 2-hour game show block anyways starting at 10 AM.

Got the schedule for KOIN 6 (http://\"http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showpost.php?p=4283319&postcount=133\") (CBS) from the same Sitcoms Online thread (which I'm a bit skeptical about):

9 AM-10 AM: Feud (double run)
10 AM-11 AM: TPiR
11 AM-noon: LMAD (starting October 5th; currently occupied by Y&R, which will move to Guiding Light's 2 PM-3 PM slot)

Wow. I'm pretty stunned that KOIN is supposedly moving Y&R to the afternoons, and that LMAD will the lead-in to KOIN's noon newscast. If this schedule is true, then we're going to have a three hour morning game show block in Portland!

In summary, here's the game show lineup for Portland:

Feud: 9 AM and 9:30 AM, KOIN (CBS)
TPiR: 10 AM, KOIN (CBS)
LMAD: 11 AM, KOIN (CBS)
Millionaire: 3:30 PM and 7 PM, KATU (ABC)
5th Grader: 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM, KATU (ABC)
DoND: 7 PM, KPTV (FOX)
J!: 6:30 PM, KGW (NBC)
WoF: 7:30 PM, KGW (NBC)

Just saw a commercial for the new 5th Grader. It'll air on WVBT at 7pm, replacing Family Guy...I'm highly surprised by this move.

Everything else from fall-2008 (except TP: AP) remains in the same timeslot, with D/ND going to WTVZ as Jeremy noted.

For Cleveland...
WOIO:  Family Feud at 9 AM, Deal or No Deal at 9:30 AM, Family Feud at 10 AM, Millionaire at 10:30 AM, all starting on Mon. 9/7.

IIRC, 5th Grader doesn't launch until Sept. 21. In Washington, I know it's on WDCA-20, the same channel that already has DoND and Feud, and will be losing TP:AP.

Millionaire (12:30), Wheel (7) and Jeopardy! (7:30) are fixtures on WJLA-7.

I don't have confirmation on everything yet, but here is the known schedule for Huntsville, Alabama:

10AM
The Price is Right WHNT-CBS-19 (unchanged)

11AM
Family Feud WHDF-CW-15 (double run, unchanged)

12PM
Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? WHDF-CW-15 (double run; unconfirmed for now; a double run of Deal or No Deal is still scheduled as of the 17th unless infomercials air instead; see 3PM)

12:30PM
Jeopardy! WAFF-NBC-48 (unchanged)

3PM
Let's Make a Deal WHNT-CBS-19 (new series)
Deal or No Deal WAAY-ABC-31 (single run; new time and station; first time in 8 years WAAY will air a syndicated game show, since Hollywood Squares last aired in September 2001; unless WHDF puts a pair of infomercials in DOND's place, it will air on 2 stations for 2 weeks)

6:30PM
Who Wants to Be a Millionaire WHNT-CBS-19 (unchanged)
Wheel of Fortune WAFF-NBC-48 (unchanged)

Once again, WZDX-Fox-54 will air no game shows.
BTW, I have no way to watch anything but the CBS games online, but if I could, I wouldn't watch any of these regularly except Jeopardy!.  (Our earth-covered concrete house is surrounded by hills and trees, blocking off any DTV signals.  For my family, paying for TV, either satellite or an outdoor antenna - cable doesn't run by us yet AFAIK, just isn't a priority when we're trying to finish the house and refinance its mortgage.)

Yes, but only the daytime hours are available (This is important, as I believe the Sinclair op has picked up AYSTA5G, and will replace the second-run DoND with it, which airs in primetime).  No replacement for TP:AP has been announced (although my money's on a WoF double run), and LMaD will be slotted at 2pm.

Thanks to the Zap2It tip, I finally figured out the times for everything here in Lincoln, NE (note:  some of these stations are Omaha stations, and all times are Central):

Staying put:

J!/Wheel (4:30 PM and 6:30 PM on KOLN/KGIN in Lincoln; 4:30 PM on WOWT, 6:30 PM on KETV in Omaha, respectively)
Deal or No Deal (6:30 PM on KLKN in Lincoln, 2:30 PM on WOWT in Omaha) - single run in each case
Millionaire (11:00 AM on WOWT in Omaha) - single run

Changes/additions:

Family Feud (9:00 AM on KXVO in Omaha) - same time, but switches from double run to single run
5th Grader (6:00 PM and 6:30 PM on KXVO in Omaha) - double run
Let's Make a Deal (2:00 PM on both KOLN/KGIN in Lincoln and KMTV in Omaha)

Two comments:

1.  It still strikes me as strange that Omaha airs J! and Wheel on two separate stations.
2.  Except for 5th Grader, it's somewhat shocking to me that all of our game shows are single run (in fact, the only one besides that that's ever been double run since I've been here is Family Feud).

Austin: (As listed by Zap2it)

No change to WOF (KXAN, 6:30), J! (KXAN, double run at 4:00 (old) and 4:30 (new)), or Millionaire (KEYE, Noon)

Feud remains in the same early-morning slot it's been in for ages (KNVA, 3:00 & 3:30 am)

Price stays at 10 on KEYE, and it looks like LMAD will keep GL's old slot at 2:00 (that's where the Price reruns are, at least, and The 700 Club has just moved into the 9 AM slot)

DOND disappeared as of Friday (Previously 4:30 on KEYE, filled by "To Be Announced" this week and a new 4:00 PM news hour starting next week) with no sign of it reappearing elsewhere on TV in Austin.

No mention of 5th Grader, but KTBC (Fox O&O) has Dr. Oz listed at both 9 am and 1 pm, and I have a hard time believing that's a long-term arrangement.

TP:AP never aired here, so there aren't any holes to be filled from that.

Zap2It, TV Guide, my trusty Comcast DVR (Laughs), and WPXI.com via Titan TV is showing Dr. Oz @ 12:30pm and Millionaire at 1:30pm.  Why 'PXI are leading into an hour long show after the noon news @ 12:30pm is beyond me, but I guess they think if it works for Y&R over @ the mighty 2, then why not.

It's a shame 'PXI is relegating Feud to the 4am death slot...I would have loved to have seen Feud paired up with DoND on WPGH, but I guess that honor belongs to AYS, who is now taking the 5pm slot knocking DoND down to a single run @ 5:30pm.

I figured AYS would land on 53 after promoting the "audition" event @ the Homestead Waterfront Fuddruckers a couple of weeks ago (the TPIR event @ the River's Casino was more of an audition than this was, IMO), it was just a matter of when it would hit the sched.

Also, I am going to have to take the assumption away from your post for LMAD in the 10am spot on KDKA since they are still keeping Dr. Phil in the 3pm slot as the lead in to the 4pm news.  Also, I think CBS where possible is wanting the LMAD/TPIR one-two punch from 10 to noon.  I read some where that CBS was not going to force stations to air LMAD @10am letting affiliates decide where to slot the show, but since KDKA is a CBS O&O, I don't see them going against the status quo of the network.

In addition, when looking up times for LMAD, many affiliates are opting on the 10am bandwagon...For example, looking up listings for my mother (who is also jazzed about LMAD) who lives in DC, WUSA is slotting Dr. Oz in the 3pm slot when it starts next week, which will move Guiding Light's final week to 10am with TPIR "best of" filling that hole the following week.

I have a feeling that a few stations will air LMAD in the 3pm slot since many affiliates may have grabbed other syndie programming knowing GL was on its last legs.  If LMAD takes off, stations stand to make good revenue if both shows are back to back.  For those on this thread who have listed LMAD @ 3pm, let's see how quickly it gets moved to 10am if the show gets good numbers nationally.  I bet you could see a time swap as soon as November sweeps if things go well, if not November, definitively February.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it! :-)

Well, it looks like the schedule I found for the Portland, OR market turned out to be bogus (surprise, surprise).

According to TitanTV, Zap2it, and TVGuide.com's listings for the week of the 21st, everything's staying the same next season as it is already. Interestingly, 5th Grader doesn't seem to be airing at all (unless you count the Tuesday night repeats on MyNetworkTV).

Just want to give a little primer here when you're hunting for data, there's really only 3 sources.  Some are using the same source:
For syndicated shows from your local stations, we are dependent on them providing timely schedules and delivering them in a format that makes them easy to add to our database, since their obviously not on the network.  Some stations do that, some don't.

That said, to add to Detroit's listings: 5th Grader will be double-run at 1 PM on WJBK.  I believe this is their first syndicated game show they've carried since Pictionary.  And contrary to previous reports, Deal or No Deal will be 1:37 AM on WWJ.
I'm looking at the listings for September 7, and here is what the season looks like here in Erie, PA at the moment.  If there are any updates in the coming weeks, I'll post them.

WSEE 35 (CBS)-10am-DoND (Double run) 11am-TPIR 2pm-LMAD 7pm-WoF 7:30pm-J!
WFXP 66 (Fox)-2pm-Family Feud (Double) 3pm-Millionaire (Double)
WUAB 43 (MyNetworkTV, Cleveland)-8am-TP: America Plays reruns, Tuesday 8pm-5th Grader Tuesday 9pm-DoND (the latter two beginng 9/29)
Erie update:
Daytime DoND leaves the 10am timeslot on WSEE on 9/21, and is nowhere to be found outside of the MyNetworkTV airings.  Fifth Grader not picked up here for the second year in a row, just like DoND, will only be seen on WUAB here.  The second TPIR airing takes the 3pm spot until LMAD bows on 10/5.  And as Mike Klauss predicted, TP: AP on WUAB is a 2 week deal.  WOF and J! are staying on WSEE for now, but when their 6pm newscast moves to 7 (long story), the shows will move to 35's sister station, NBC affiliate WICU 12, which already airs a J! rerun at 5:30pm.

I think all is now clear for Washington DC and Baltimore.

WASHINGTON:

9 am - WDCA-20 (MyNet TV) - Family Feud (single run)
9:30 - WDCA-20 - Deal or No Deal (single run)
10 am - WUSA-9 (CBS) - Let's Make a Deal
11 am - WUSA-9 - The Price is Right
12:30 - WJLA-7 (ABC) - Millionaire
2 pm - WDCA-20 - Are You Smarter ... (double run)
7 pm - WJLA-7 - Wheel of Fortune
7:30 - WJLA-7 - Jeopardy!

BALTIMORE:

10 am - WJZ-13 (CBS) - Let's Make a Deal
11 am - WJZ-13 - The Price is Right
11 am - WUTB-24 (MyNet TV) - Are You Smarter ... (double run)
Noon - WUTB-24 - Family Feud (double run)
1 pm - WBFF-45 (Fox) - Deal or No Deal (single run)
7 pm - WMAR-2 (ABC) - Jeopardy!
7:30 - WMAR-2 - Wheel of Fortune

That's right. Meredith's WWTBaM has no Baltimore clearance.

Also, WDCA is picking up the 60-min Home Videos as well as other stuff which reduced Feud and DoND to single-runs.

The lack of clearance of WWTBaM in some markets leads me to believe that the syndie agreement to carry the show must not be sitting well with many stations. On ratings alone, it's a no-brainer, as it performs well and has been a steady gainer. I bet there's too much money involved, or the number of local ad avails in each show might be lower than others.

Hey, I hope this isnt a stupid question, i'm sorry if it is, but when you say double run for Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader, does that mean 2 new episodes every weekday? Or is it a new episode and a rerun? Since it's a brand new show I don't see the point of having reruns, so do double runs mean 2 new episodes every weekday? If it does then why are some stations only airing 1 episode a week? Sorry i'm just confused by this.

Yet another update for the Portland market (my affiliates, and the online TV listings sites seem to be changing things at the last minute!):

•5th Grader will air from 10 AM-11 AM on KRCW (NW 32 TV), opposite of TPiR on KOIN-6.
•Millionaire will air a single run at 9:30 AM on KATU, replacing a half-hour of AM Northwest (a long-running local talk show)

No idea on what time slot LMAD will air. KOIN will air the interim TPiR reruns at 2 PM the week of the 21st; I wouldn't be surprised if LMAD will stay in that slot.

The Chicagoland area is reporting in (though I am still grinding for details on CBS LMAD):

Staying in place:

10am: The Price is Right (CBS)
11am: Millionaire (last season), WGN
Noon: Deal or No Deal (NBC 5, double run)
3:30 pm: Jeopardy! (ABC 7)
5pm: Millionaire (new), WGN
6:30 pm: Wheel of Fortune (ABC 7)

Changing Shifts:

1pm: Family Feud (My 50 Chicago, double run)

New to the Family:

4pm: Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader? (yet again, a double run, My 50 Chicago)

Interesting notes: there are a lot of game shows being strung closely together (Deal and Feud for 2 hours straight, LMAD (possibly), Price, and Millionaire reruns in the morning, then J, 5th Grader, and new Millionaire in the evening, followed by Wheel in an hour). I have to say that I am quite jazzed for this lineup. I haven't seen game shows bunched together in this area like that since 2002-2004. Much like before, these are some pretty well established hits.

More to come when I get some details on LMAD.

For those of us in Western Colorado:  *--New show and/or new time slot.

8:30AM -- *Family Feud (2nd Run) -- KGJT/My Network 27
9:00AM -- Price Is Right (Regular Slot) -- KREX/CBS 5
11:00AM-- Family Feud (1st Run) -- KREX/CBS 5
11:30AM-- Millionaire (2nd Run) -- KREX/CBS 5
1:00PM -- *Price Is Right/Let's Make A Deal -- KREX/CBS 5
6:00PM -- Millionaire (1st Run) -- KREX/CBS 5
            -- Jeopardy (1st Run) -- KKCO/NBC 11
6:30PM -- Deal Or No Deal (1st Run) -- KREX/CBS 5
            -- Wheel Of Fortune (1st Run) -- KKCO/NBC 11

No sign of 5th Grader yet, although there are still slots to be filled (TBAs) on:

KFQX/Fox 4: 9-10AM and 11-12N
KJCT/ABC 8: 2PM and 4:30PM
My money is on KFQX, as KJCT is not big on game shows.

Just a quick update on Austin now that I've found "Fifth Grader" -- 1:30 AM on KTBC. I'm amazed by this, but the scheduling of Dr. Oz twice in four hours that I mentioned in my first post is apparently a permanent arrangement (as permanent as a TV schedule ever is,) according to a local newspaper.

In general, when people don't know the answer around here, they don't answer.  There are exceptions, but typically you learn not to pay attention to those people.

By definition, when the season starts, stations that are double running Fifth Grader are going to begin with two fresh episodes.  As stupid as I believe any double-running to be, stupider still would be to run an episode immediately followed by the same episode.  But how far along in the season will the second episode be a rerun?  That I couldn't tell you.

This isn't the 1970s anymore; where we had 30 different gameshows on in one year.  Furthermore, there just isn't a market for it anymore.  Is it really that hard to boot up TVGuide.com?  Furthermore, if you look hard enough, you can still find such publications (i.e. the newspaper).

Mark, relax. Not everyone has the Internet or an on-screen TV listings, i.e. my 78-year-old grandmother. I like to have both physical and online listings too, just in case I'm not near a computer, I can have the paper to remind me that whatever show comes on at whatever time. KGO (San Francisco) - Millionaire at 11:30 AM

KOMO 4: Wheel and Jeopardy 7-8 pm (unchanged)
KONG 6/16: Millionaire 6-7 pm (unchanged)
KSTW 11: Family Feud 9-10 am, Deal or No Deal 6 pm

In one form or another? Not sure. There was an affiliate swap at one point in the 90s, though I don't remember the details. Plus I don't think it's been on the My station. (Although it might have been when it was a WB.)

Actually, KIRO never carried the CBS run. That actually ran on KCPQ. But on this run, hasn't it run on most of the stations now? I know KIRO, KOMO, KING, KSTW and KMYQ have run it, did this run ever run on KCPQ?

I believe it started on KIRO, then moved to KING 5 in around late 2000/early 2001, then I know it was on KONG until Richard Karn took over, then KOMO aired it for a weeks at 2:30 AM, after that it moved to KMYQ(then KTWB) where they aired it at 3:30 or 4 AM in the morning I forget which, it aired on KMYQ 22 through John O' Hurley's first season, then KIRO 7 picked it up during last season(along with Trivial Pursuit); then of course KSTW picked it up this season. Of course i'm guessing on a few of these as well

Going all from memory and what i've seen in old tv listings: KOMO aired the original Dawson ABC run, KIRO 7 aired the late 70's weekly syndie version, KCPQ 13(back when they were starting out) had the Dawson syndie run when it expanded to five days a week, KIRO 7 then picked up that version in I think 1984, KOMO 4 had the Ray Combs syndie version until 1993 I think, while KCPQ 13 did air the CBS version including the FF Challenge hour version, I think KCPQ picked up the Ray Combs syndie FF late in that version's run i'm not certain though; I do remember that KTZZ picked it up when Richard came back to host.

Some fairly substantial updates for Cincinnati (some started this week, some start 9/21):

Millionaire:
New eps - 4:30 pm on WKRC
Secondary eps - 12:30 pm on CW Cincy (WKRC-DT2)
(Secondary eps bumped from their 10am slot WKRC's main channel for Dr. Oz)

Family Feud - double run on CW Cincy at 1 & 1:30 pm
(Bumped from WKRC's main channel, again, for Dr. Oz)

Deal or No Deal - double run on WSTR at 3 & 3:30 pm, beginning 9/21
(bumped from its previous 7pm slot for reruns of the Office)

Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader - as reported previously, begins 9/21 on WXIX at 5:30 pm. Single-run ep.

Wheel, Jeopardy, & TPiR remain in their current spots. WSTR will run the Tuesday night MyNetworkTV eps of DoND & 5th Grader.

Also, WKRC plans to run the filler TPiR eps at 3pm, in Guiding Light's old slot. This will likely be the slot for Let's Make a Deal, though nothing's set in stone.

Quick update for the Susquehanna Valley, PA (HLLY) market: WHP will be airing LMAD at 10a, and moving syndie "The Doctors" to 3p.

"The Doctors" on WHP will compete with "Dr. Phil" on WGAL. Apparently we all need a lot of help.

My source does not reveal this information. I doubt they'll make the move before October 5th, since it's going to take a very coordinated operation to move all those hamsters in wheels to the "10am" room on the other side of the building.

It's a shame they don't have Dr. Oz.  That would've been an interesting head-to-head.

Speaking of which, Doc Oz is on at 12:30 in Pittsburgh, not 1PM as I originally thought, so Meredith is at 1:30.  The 5:30 DoND's on WPGH appear to be episodes from last season, and I believe they'll get syndie 5th Grader.

Come to Milwaukee, then.

Currently, Ellen Degeneres is at 9a, and Guiding Light is at 2p (followed by Dr. Oz and then The Doctors).  If LMaD pops in at 9a, then Ellen's on the move...

If it's been mentioned before, then I apologize for missing it, but TitanTV lists TPIR at 10 and 11 in Atlanta next week, so LMAD should be going there as well. (Guiding Light was, well, *is* for another 17 hours, scheduled at 3.)

To continue on what HYBYT just mentioned, it now appears LMAD will air at 10a, not 3p on WGCL in Atlanta.

WGCL is moving Y&R to 3p, and putting a new local show, Better Atlanta, in the old Y&R slot at 12:30p.

Last-minute schedule change for Philadelphia game-show fans:

From now on, Tuesdays through Fridays, Family Feud will be on WFMZ at 8 and 8:30 PM.  (On Mondays, it'll still be on 3:30 and 9:30 PM.  Don't ask me why.)

And it appears that if your kids won't be up for 5th Grader when it's on locally, they can turn on CMT at 8 and 8:30.

WSMH Fox 66 in Flint-Saginaw-Bay City is airing double-runs of 5th Grader and Deal or No Deal. A first season Deal airs 10:00 am while a new episode airs at 5:30 pm. 5th Grader airs two new episodes at 10:30 am and 5:00 pm.

From the Zap2It listings it looks like WNEM will go ahead with airing The Martha Stewart Show on their CBS affiliate at 10 am and moving Let's Make a Deal to their My subchannel.

OK, this is confusing.

TitanTV says that KOIN will be airing LMAD at 9 AM PT, with a double run of Family Feud taking over the former 2 PM Guiding Light time slot. But TVGuide.com says that LMAD will air at 2 PM, with a single run of Feud and an informercial from 9 AM-10 AM.

I'm going to trust the TitanTV listings, since that's where KOIN's website gets their schedule page from.

It sounds like more and more affiliates are opting to air LMAD in the morning, instead of in the afternoon.

It might have been covered already, but the Philadelphia market has:

DoND, WCAU NBC 10, 12 noon (same as last year)
Millionaire, WPVI ABC 6, 12:30pm and 2:35am (same as last year, with double run added)
5th Grader, WPHL My Network 17, 10:30pm (new of course, immediately follows their 10pm News)
J! and Wheel, WPVI ABC 6, 7-8p (no change, 20+ years now)
Feud, WTXF Fox 29, 4am (probably new)

Not sure on LMAD, but seeing as how KYW is an O&O, I'm sure they'll run it in one of the preferred slots.

WFMZ, the independent channel 69 out of Allentown, airs DoND from 4-5pm and Feud from 8-9pm. The majority of the Philly DMA gets WFMZ on cable, so those are some additional airings that most folks will receive.

I thought that the 5th Grader timeslot was interesting. A definite departure from the usual sitcom/Family Guy fare at that hour. I know I'll tune in to it more often than not when there's nothing on during the 10pm hour...and WPHL has quite an out-of-market reach, picking up cable homes as far west as Harrisburg, PA.

Here it is for my corner of the continuum in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale:

10:00 am:  Double run of Family feud on WSVN 7
11:00 am:  Price on CBS4
11:00 am:  Double run on Millionaire on WSVN (current season at 11:00, last season at 11:30)
4:00 pm:  DoND on WTVJ 6
6:30 pm:  5th Grader on WBFS My 33
7:00 pm:  WoF on WPLG Local 10
7:30 pm:  Jeopardy on WPLG

We had Guiding Light on at 10:00 am here, so we'll probably have LMAD on at that time.

I believe it was.

Further Chicago update:  WGN is expanding its midday newscast to two hours (although still only one hour on WGN America) and its dinner hour newscast to an hour (not on WGN America at all), so "WWTBAM" moves to a 1 p.m. double run as of Oct. 5, where Povich's Paternity Program aired its second run for years.  Part of quite a few daytime changes at Chicago's Very Own, as Steve Wilkos switched to WCIU, Tyra went from syndication (WPWR in Chicago) to The CW (and Jeannine Piro to syndication and WFLD/WPWR in Chicago) and WGN took Rachael Ray from WBBM.  After the dust cleared, Regis and Kelly have the only old time slot left.

Seattle/Tacoma:
I already posted the syndication times, but according to Zap2It listings, LMAD will run on KIRO at 2 pm. This marks the first time since 1985 that a network daytime game show besides TPIR will run on KIRO (even though KIRO was the longtime CBS affiliate, most CBS games were passed over to KCPQ except TPIR).

That's pretty interesting, considering that KOVR didn't air Guiding Light at all ever since it became a CBS affiliate in 1995 (and a CBS O&O in 2005).

For being an O&O, they're a pretty strange CBS affiliate. They air primetime from from 7 PM-10 PM, with an hour long 10 PM news, and Letterman at 11 PM.

There wasn't also a "live" GL feed for the West Coast at 5:00 Eastern?  Back when I was involved with the closed-captioning of the other three CBS soaps, circa 1997-98, they did have West Coast feeds for those shows (Y&R at 2:00, B&B at 3:30, ATWT at 4:00).  Of course, GL may well have been a special case due to the flexible start time.

I can't speak for CBS, but NBC has (I think) two overnight prefeeds of Days of our Lives, in addition to the four "live" feeds at 13:00 for each time zone (they label those feeds as "intended for, but not restricted to, [whatever TZ]-stations"). Of course, Days is NBC's only midday show, so the situation with CBS is probably a bit more complicated.

Philadelphia's WPVI chose not to clear some ABC programs back in the day, even after they became an O&O via station owner CapCities' purchase of the network.  While it's weird, it's definitely not impossible.
During my "live" closed-captioning days, NBC had early morning prefeeds of what was then their entire daytime lineup (Leeza, Sunset Beach, DOOL, Another World).  At the time, they were rerunning same-day episodes of Sunset Beach in the late-late-night hours, and the start times for both the rerun and the next episode were pretty close -- I wondered if any affiliate had screwed that up at some point.

Well, I'll tell you, Detroit is not exactly "that" screwed when it comes to syndicated DoND, as WWJ-TV appears to be broadcasting two episodes of it after The NFL Today on Sundays (duh) when it can't air a game in the 1pm slot.

Another Erie update:
Fifth Grader now airing daily in a double run at 4pm on WFXP in a three hour block with Feud and Millionaire.  DoND is now a single run on WFXP at 2am.
