Title: "Dog Eat Dog" question

The BBC version of Dog Eat Dog is airing every Sunday morning on BBC America.  Here's a question for anybody familiar with it: if there's a tie when they vote to decide who takes the first challenge (so there's nobody on the Losers' Bench to break it), how do they decide?
