Title: Dog Eat Dog Question

I recall there was an episode where at the end of the game there were 4 dog pound members instead of 5.

In a case of a tie, anyone know how they would break it?

I believe in that particular episode, a 2-2 tie did happen, and then they just had a normal question w/ the Top Dog selecting whoever they wanted to.

If I recall correctly, wasn't this the episode where the one contestant was injured in the final task? Don't remember the entire episode, but I believe Brooke Burns something like "<contestant name> has chosen not to participate in the final round".
