Title: Paul Lynde "Biography"
Post by: melman1 on August 20, 2003, 12:17:14 AM
Was looking through a \"Biography Magazine\" today and noticed that Lynde's Biography will air on Sept. 11.

Don't know if it's aired before...

Not sure... as they say, check your local listings.

Um...you saw the listing yourself in the magazine.   It wouldn't have given the specific date that an episode would air without saying what channel it would air on.

At any rate, in answer to the other part of the question, this is not a new Biography of Lynde.  \"Paul Lynde: Off Center\" was first seen on Jaunary 17, 2001.

I haven't checked their site, but does anybody know if/when the Betty White Biography will re-air?  I know there were some rare clips in that show but I didn't see it and can't remember what was stated they were.  I hope to tape it next time around...

The magazine was in the waiting room at the Dr.'s office.  I didn't think to photocopy the page, phone the info home to my answering machine, nor write it on my forearm.  Can you find it in your heart to forgive me?

Thanks for pointing out that this is apparently not a new Biography, although I don't think I've seen it before.

Those magazines could be years out of date...  Last time I made a trip to the doctors office, I remember picking up an Reader's Digest that was about 11 years old.

I had the same thought... but it looked relatively new and un-drooled-on, and all the mail-in cards were still there.

FWIW, the schedule at www.biography.com only goes through the end of August.

That drool trick usually only works on magazines like The Saturday Evening Post or Yankee.
