Title: Now Available to Play on Your Verizon Cell Phone

Just got this e-mail today:

I am writing you from Telescope, Inc. We have licensed several television game show brands and will be turning them into games for mobile phones.

The first of these games is CARD SHARKS, which just launched on Verizon Wireless. It will go onto Cingular, Sprint and Nextel this fall. It would be great if you could inform your visitors of this info. (Also, coming soon are MATCH GAME and PASSWORD, which are in development now.) The CARD SHARKS mobile game includes questions from the television show, but we are also creating new questions whose results are determined by the online audience. (Once a person subscribes to the game, they can download new questions when old ones are used up.) While some of the surveys are interesting, others are junk:

"Are you over 21 years old"?

C'mon.

One would hope that they were only asking this because they wanted to follow it up with a survey question about getting drunk or something that you would get skewed results if you asked to someone under 21.
