Title: Converting RP to MP3
Post by: Sonic Whammy on July 25, 2005, 05:10:35 PM
Just looking for some e-mail help on this one. My chruch is running their annual carnival here in Saddle Brook starting Wednesday, and I'm once again working at my favorite booth: the money wheel. I thought maybe this year it would be a good chance to get some themes going as we spin and call the wheel (and not just Wheel, either).

Problem: I have a few themes in RealP, and I need MP's so I could burn them onto a CD. Can anyone help?

Of course if you have a program like CoolEditPro you could possibly open up the file as a RealPlayer file but more likely play the Real file and record with CoolEditPro in stereo.  Then simply save the file as an MP3.  That and plus you can try to filter out the hiss with it.  I did that with the 80s TV Themes copy of the Blockbusters 87 theme and got it to sound quite a bit better.
