Here is how game shows were carried in Boston in the fall of 1975
Source: radio-info.net
November 5,1975
(4) WBZ (NBC) (5) WCVB (ABC) (7) WNAC (CBS)
9:30am (4) Three For The Money
10am (4) Celebrity Sweepstakes
10:30 (4) Wheel of Fortune (7) The Price is Right
11am (4) High Rollers (5) Showoffs
11:30 (4) Hollywood Squares
1:30pm (5) Let's Make A Deal
2pm (5) The $10,000 Pyramid (guests- Jo Ann Pflug and Hal Linden)
2:30 (5) Rhyme and Reason
3pm (7) Match Game '75 (Orson Bean, Brett Somers, Charles Nelson Reilly, Mary Ann Mobley, Richard Dawson, Patti Deutch
3:30 (7) Tattletales
7:30pm (5) Match Game PM
What was the checkerboard schedule for WBZ, WCVB and WNAC back then?
I'm sure channel 7 carried Hollywood Squares, Channel 4 carried the Nighttime Price is Right with Dennis James

Since I find this interesting and love to reminsce, this is according to a July 1975 New Hampshire TV Guide (game-show wise):
Ch 4 had "Price is Right" on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; "$25,000 Pyramid" on Thursdays and "Name That Tune" on Fridays
Ch 5 had "Let's Make a Deal" on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Ch 7 had "Squares" on Mondays and Fridays; "Celebrity Sweepstakes" on Wednesdays
It's interesting that WBZ had "Price" on two nights a week, considering it was meant for once-a-week. I don't have any other issues with Boston stations listed from this time period, so I don't know how long they did this for.

Is it necessary to have two threads of this?

Given this guy's history, I'm not sure it's necessary to have one thread of this.

I love seeing these, but it loses credibility with me when the source is not cited (and citing another website does NOT count).
