(I lost the one I had before when the computer crashed!)

He probably figures it will be Rafferty CS because Rafferty is one of the hosts who is seen in the final frame of the Saturday night Classics commercial. That of course is not a reliable source.

Wonder if there will be any episodes not already seen in the four weeks of Rafferty CS. GSN did promo their Thursday morning CS blocks in 2003 with clips from Perry CS even though they always showed six consecutive episodes of Eubanks CS.

Absurd but true.

And BTW, you're ones to talk, coming from the "Only 15 Years Into Patrick Wayne's Cyber Life Sentence" club.  Which is crazier, since no matter how corny it was, TTD90 WAS closer to its predecessor than CS2001. (There!  I called it by name, albeit abbreviated!  Want me to go the full monty...fine!  CARD-SHARKS-2001.  Are you happy now, O Almighty Gods of the Internet Game Show Community?  Am I up to your lofty standards yet?!!?  JEEZ!)

Please cite for me the number of times I have mentioned either Patrick Wayne OR TTD90.

(Hint: 15 times, counting this one, in almost 5300 posts. And several of those were quotes from other people.)

Nobody's arguing that. All we're saying is that every third sentence out of your mouth is about how CS2K1 sucked, and it's gotten boring. We know. You don't need to go on and on about it.

Congratulations, however, on getting over your Caroline Rhea fetish.

OK you needed only to say that and I'd understand.  Mocking and such was not needed.  I admit I get too passionate sometimes about my opinions.  (I believe that's one of many AS symptoms, not to use my disability as a scapegoat, of course)

But really, if I wanted nastiness and feeling doomed to be treated as a joke for my various quirks, I'd take a time machine back to the decline of ATGS, just before it became the troll-infested zombie it is now.

EDITS ON YOUR EDITS:

re: TTD90 insults, I didn't mean just you, I meant in general.  It HAS been 15 years, after all, yet Patrick Wayne is still treated like the anti-Christ.  So what?  People disliked the show and find it fun to make fun of.  I don't mind.  Even if I slightly disagree on some points of the TTD90 Hate, I don't slam anyone who "wistfully" remembers the battle cry of "YOU WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN!"  and such.  As far as not getting over GS disasters, that's more or less the same thing.  As far as saying it "every other sentence," I confess, not so much.

re: your congratulations...:-p

Regardless, I was just stating my opinion.  You think the acronym is intelligent, while I think it's ridiculous and overused.  In other words, YMMV.

Well, IMO it was a good idea, as IIRC the initials formed a word that WAS card/gambling-related and all.  OTOH, I can see how I kind of went overboard, causing reactions such as WTF? and JFIFOS.  So I'll STFU about the whole deal...OK?  LOL ;-) ;-)

P.S. The "YMMV" WAS meant to be ironic, right?  Cause if not, I wasted a whole gag up there...

P.P.S. I still think your site is great :-)

P.P.P.S. I prefer the Jimbo and Ned version of Kumbayah: "Mmmmmmmmmmgumbayah-my-lord-Kumbayaaaaaaaaaah..."

Ok, how do I put this delicately.

In your post, you referenced "slapping sausage." Now tell the truth. What's the first thing that comes to mind when you hear that?

No need to delete it. We all know that you meant it in a decent way. However, if it sounds double entendre-ish, you can bet someone will make a smartass comment about it; something like "Don't EVER type that again!" It doesn't mean anything. We're just having a little fun.

Didn't come to mind right away but NOW it does.

I guess an example like this doesn't show up on the board's rules :)

I SHOULD'VE STILL CALLED MYSELF BRATWURST :)
/slap myself silly.

Saussage

That sounds Sooooooooooooooooooo Baaaaaaaaaaad. :)

(sounds like what Kathie Lee Johnson was thinking of)

Answer to NTT: I'm having good vibrations...
Kathie Lee sings: I'm having la la la la la...
Kathie Lee thinks: I'm slapping it la la la la...
Tom Kennedy thinks: I hope we can hire another signer. :)
The vault guy thinks: I hope I can remember the vault combination
The contestant thinks: I wish I had cotton balls in my ears
The guy watching NTT sings: I'm having a big ham sandwich

You get the picture. I got out of control at the end :)
