See, I accidentally dropped the Deluxe Pressman Wheel From the Wheel of Fortune 1986 game and one of the pegs broke off. Typical, eh? Owned For Less Than 24 hours and it's already broken.
Anyway, has anyone sucessfully glued the peg back onto the wheel?

Can be done, but it'll never be the same. I broke a few of mine and reattached them with Super Glue. Check the thrift stores & E-bay and get lucky...and oh yeah, be CAREFUL. ;)

What happened was, I was inserting a "higher value" wheel, but I Forgot that the "wheel" only fit into the base groove. Accidentally dropped the wheel out and bashed against a hard plastic surface. Lucky I didn't break 3 or 4 off. . .
What do you mean by "it'll never be the same?" It'll still spin, won't it?

I'm sure you'll still be able to spin the wheel, but granted, it won't sound as it did before. I have several pegs missing from ny game. I can deal with it as long as I'm having fun playing it.

Kyle:
Contact me off board I have a copy I'd be willing to work a deal for.

I've only broken one peg, which I was able to super glue back on. It looks about the same, though maybe slightly less contact with the pointer.
If you keep a steady hand while you super glue it back on, it should be fine.

/\ Fortunately, much like Scott, I used some model glue and pasted it back on and let it sit overnight. It seems to be holding up well enough. . .for now.
