For those who were wondering that Donny Osmond is still alive and kicking and was last spotted on a special one-off episode of Blankety Blank tonight connected with the BBC's 25th Children in Need telephon. Terry Wogan presented the show one more time.

Even setting aside the theme of the segment, it seems like the concept of a national telethon over there is still concerned somewhat with actual entertainment.  Watching the Labor Day telethon over here, every segment is filled with so much promotion, that it's inconceivable that you could even see an 18 minute skit like that.
