From the 'predictions' made earlier, it seemed like the people who won more than five games were picked to win the whole thing, and it seems logical to think that the top winner of the year should do well.

Question:
How often has the contestant with the highest total won the tournament?  I can think of exactly one: Chuck Forrest.  Maybe more, but I can't remember any.

How about Dan Melia?, he beated Chuck Forrest 5 day total winnings and he's now one of the classic J! Hall of Famers.
