I am curious, what was this rant by George Peppard on episode 111 (per matchgame.org), causing the episode to never air, all about?

Not trying to lecture (although this may come off sounding like one), but the information is gettable just by doing a little Googling.

 I'm pretty sure it aired in 1998 as well (when they were running P+ during the graveyard shift), and then a year later during the weekend run.  I seem to recall taping it because of its late hour but then recording over it because I didn't realize in time that with great power there must also be great. . . (whoops, sorry, not sure why I was channeling Spider-Man for a moment).

Anyway, I hadn't realized in time what a collector's item it was (I never hooked up with the Usenet group until a couple of years later).  It's an interesting watch.
