You can see it for yourself on the most holy news dispenser of the 21st century, the WOF puzzle board.

Find out who the lucky fellow is. (Hint: It ain't me. Damn.)
They'd congratulate her, but CONGRATULATIONS doesn't fit on the board.

I can understand them doing this if she hadn't already been married.

SHe married George Santopietro in the early 90s and the marriage ended a few years back.

I think that was a hypothetical. Once again, you miss the point just so you can show off. PJTP.

That picture really is intresting. I wonder if Micheal Kaye used that board to "pop" the question to her? Heads will roll now.
-
I'm thinking that it would've been popped under less extenuating circumstances.
Seeing that Vanna's dressed for the occasion, this looks like a puzzle from the new season to me. (Prize puzzle? Don't think so...)

Well, eyes, anyhow.

I don't think so. It sounded to me like cmjb13 was saying that she was still married to Mr. Santopietro, and Mr. Horan corrected him.
Anyways, congratulations to Ms. (soon to be Mrs.) White. Hopefully, the puzzle board will be displaying many happy announcements in the future, for her and Mr. Sajak.

I don't agree... if that's what Chris B. had meant, IMO he'd have said "weren't already married" and not "hadn't already been married."
Unfortunately another Dave (Barry) already has claimed the title of Mr. Language Person. :-D

I know she has been divorced for 2 years.
My quote: I can understand them doing this if she hadn't already been married.
If I said: "I can understand them doing this if she wasn't already married," then you can correct me.
