Title: syndie Wheel in July?

I saw this at the sony boards:
Thanks. Airdate is either July 21 or 22, 1987, if you check the opening one of the contestants should be Richard Lazar. This would be terrific.

It was also mentioned that this was a nighttime show. Did Wheel used to air shows during the summer as well, or what? Or did they used to air a few weeks of new shows in the summer?

 Syndie Wheel has always done reruns in July, save for two weeks in 1996. Maybe those were the possible dates when the show aired in reruns or was taped.
