Title: CBS summer series season 5s set

A post on alt.tv.survivor says CBS has slated the premieres of both Amazing Race 5 and Big Brother 5 for July 6.  Why viewers keep watching BB year after year is beyond me.

And they think Howard Stern is indecent...

(not to mention that BB should've been yanked off the air two seasons ago.  Alcohol and a knife DO NOT MIX.)

 I used to blame networks for producing stuff like this, until I realized networks wouldn't keep making it if people didn't keep watching.

 As a social scientist, I find Big Brother interesting, but I also find it fake as hell!  Hey, people watch soap operas.  Big Brother's really nothing more than a live-action, semi-unscripted soap opera.
