Title: The Ad-Libbers (1951) coming to DVD in March (2026)

As far as I know, only a game show in the broad definition that includes Whose Line?, this was a 1951 summer replacement series that only ran for five weeks.  Three of those five are part of this collection, along with an unsold 1959 pilot for a revival attempt.  The original features a young Jack Lemmon.  The revival pilot has several familiar faces, including Kaye Ballard, Alice Ghostley and Larry Storch (who is introduced but ends up not playing). Eighteen bucks.

I know nothing about this show, but there's something surreal about the idea of someone in 1959 pitching a revival of something.
