Given that there have been seven people [so far] auditioning for the announcer's job on TPiR, does anyone have the feeling that this resembles ESPN's recently-concluded SportsCenter anchor-search series Dream Job?

Yes, and I bet Daniel Rosen is already out of the contest because of his horrid announcing.
