i don't know the answer to this but have a couple in mind.
Who was the first male game-show prize model?
-
The one I have in mind was on $ale back in the '80s. Don't remember his name. There might have been more than one. Wish I had more of a recollection.

Greg Gaviati?

There were definitely at least two: a blonde and a guy with dark curly hair. Unfortunately, the blonde (David I wanna say?) died in a plane crash about 12 years ago.

It was David Gibbs; he and Greg were the first male GS models I ever saw.
Cordially,

Gibbs crossed my mind but I wasn’t entirely sure. Thanks Tammy.

Bill Cullen's rehearsal stand-in, Jim Holland, modeled prizes occasionally on the original Price is Right.

That's a good guess, but I was wondering if Don Pardo ever modeled anything,

Now there's a piece of game show trivia. You learn something new every day.

Bonus question: what prize was Jim Holland modeling?

Couldn't tell you, but the NBC program cards say he modeled a prize every day for the week of August 26, 1957.

Did Jim Holland ever emcee the entire show due to Cullen not making it to the theater in time?
For years TPIR stuck with female models. Now they have two guys and I like 'em just fine.

No. On at least one occasion, Bill puked backstage right before showtime, and Don Pardo got the nod to host. I suspect that this was the March 20, 1961 episode; the NBC program card notes that Edward Haefford filled in as announcer while Don was hosting that day, and since this one episode of Price is absolutely the only credit I can find for Edward Haefford, I'm guessing he got the job because he happened to be in the building.

He would need an AFTRA card to host, announce or model on the show.
Rich Jeffries had an AFTRA card and could have hosted P+ in a pinch, being Allen's rehearsal stand-in.
