For those who may have never seen it: on January 27, 2000 (https://j-archive.com/showgame.php?game_id=2027&highlight=alt.tv.game-shows), there was a clue on Jeopardy! that said:

alt.tv.game-shows is one of these "groups" in which you may find comments on this clue tomorrow

Best I can tell, the only discussion happened in these (https://groups.google.com/g/alt.tv.game-shows/c/ekL2vI3SD0M/m/ROKlInD3JS8J) two (https://groups.google.com/g/alt.tv.game-shows/c/hhIxLW5Z-Og/m/oDm_GsPXwn8J) threads, which surprised me.

I know I'm prone to consider my interests as more difficult than other general knowledge but it definitely seems to prove the rule that row 4 is often harder than row 5
