Title: Survivor I on DVD

According to the Canadian website TVShowsOnDVD that Paramount will be releasing the COMPLETE Season 1 on DVD. Since it will be a whole series it will be expanded across 3 or 4 DVDs since the whole 13 Week Season lasts nearly 10 Hours.

Now that Celeb Mole coming out next month and Survivor I in May, is anyone willing to release any other Game Show series, perhaps the first series of Millionaire, or shows from the vaults of GSN, I doubt it.

Wasn't something on "Survivor" already released on DVD?  I seem to remember something about seeing ads for a highlights package or something just after the first series.

 Survivor Pulau Tiga and Survivor The Australian Outback each had a single DVD that covered audition tapes, tribal councils, and exit interviews. Each episode was summarized in clip form and never before seen footage was trotted out.

I really didn't care for them after being intially intrigued by the announcement. You might find one in the bargain bin today or for cheap on eBay. Don't bother paying full price at amazon.com.
