This is presumably not good news for my former publisher, which has its own unauthorized biography, Who Is Alex Trebek?, set for release the same day.

I asked if I could proofread it, but that task had already been done--I think they're rushing it to get ahead of the S&S book.

Is it wrong of me to furrow my brow when I see that the book is listed by the publisher at "only" 160 pages?

I see it's being promoted as a memoir rather than an autobiography, so 160 pages seems reasonable.
