A little clarification -- the animal's names are Bucky (the cat) and Satchel (the dog). No one's actually named "Fuzzy", except for the strip itself.

Nice catch there, DrBear.  I had no idea there was a Get Fuzzy comic strip.  Can it be found in the newspapers?

It's a nationally-syndicated comic strip, seen in hundreds of papers throughout the US and Canada. It's quickly becoming one of the hottest strips in the papers.
