Per Buzzerblog:

-Snoop's solo; the co-host is gone.
-fewer spins in the game (instead of 4 spins each in round 1 and 3 each in round 2, it's two spins each per round with 3 rounds; double value in Round 2 and triple in Round 3)
-A challenge option in Round 3 (you can challenge you opponent to answer your question; if they miss you get the money, if they get it right they score)
-instead of a lever in Beat The Devil, they press a button to stop the reels (cosmetic yes, but takes away the slot machine feel a little)
-Snoop offers money to stop the Beat the Devil round early (so if the player has $5,000 in the bank, he might offer an extra $2,500 on top to stop for example)
-Get to $10,000 in the bonus round without a Devil popping up and you get $50,000.

I appreciate that they are making an effort to tweak the format to improve the game.
I further appreciate they are taking the training wheels off of Snoop.

I take your point, but plenty of slots are operated by buttons these days.

Unless you haven't played a slot machine since the first Joker's Wild went off the air, I'd go as far as to say switching to a button makes it *more* like a slot machine than less.

I wish they'd do something to make the bonus round interesting, and these aren't it. Granted, the original wasn't much either.

Maybe there should be a devil on the wheels.
(Barry-Enright end games have always been more functional than interesting.)
