Compare the following:
Family Feud Logo (http://\"http://pylp.fastpalaces.com/feud.bmp\") from an electronic handheld survey book
Family Feud Font (http://\"http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/p22/folk-art/p22-folk-art-block/?s=FAMILY+FEUD\") that I found at MyFonts.com (http://\"http://www.myfonts.com\")
Except for the fact that the M is wider, the font actually looks like the logo of the survey book! I would get it, but it costs $20.

I have the real Family Feud Font, I think its called Fast Feudin'....
-
I'm not gonna pay $20 for a font x_x

If I had $20 to spend on a font, I'd get Franklin Gothic Extra-Condensed. It'd look better on my PYL game than the Demi-Condensed I'm using now. But I'll get by. Think about it: do you know how many Krispy Kreme donuts you can get for $20?

fast feudin was created by Chris of Flash Games for my Feud software/game.

Is there anywhere this can be found online? I'm hosting a Feud game tomorrow night, and tonight's the night I print up question cards, and to be able to print "FAMILY FEUD" in the show font on the back of them would be great. I found a free one called "Needle", but it REALLY sucked, particularly as it got into the bigger point sizes.

Don't know, but as an alternative, you might consider if Particleman will tell you the sequence of characters used to create the Family Feud logo on the board of his game. The FF Board Symbols font that he packages with that should be able to give you what you need.
Or if you don't want to wait, just use Character Map to build the information for each line.

No, I'm looking for the needlepoint-sampler-like-font used to create the round logo and the family names, not the one that uses polygons to create the words on the digital board.

I have the needlepoint font that I downloaded a couple of years ago. I can't seem the site that I downloaded it from.

Like I said, the one called "Needle" is garbage. I was wondering if another one existed.

Here I come to the rescue again!
I found this font on the FamilyFeudHangout (http://\"http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FamilyFeudHangout/\") Yahoo group.
http://home.comcast.net/~caseybuck/FEUD.ttf (http://\"http://home.comcast.net/~caseybuck/FEUD.ttf\") (right-click on the download link, otherwise it might show up as text).

I apologize, I didn't see your earlier post about the needle font. Geez!

You the man, Casey. Thanks very much! :)

Well, if you're going to THAT much trouble, I'll have to find the time to stop by even though I need to work on my own game show software.
But no Tichu.

Still not a perfect match, but probably as close as there is. Thanks!

Yeah, at first I was disappointed because it kerns kinda poorly at 72 DPI, but then I realized at a distance they look pretty passable, and since it looks better than just having a grid pattern on the back, I decided to go with it. I'm happy with the results. For the future I may try to design something with an ellipsis to go around it, or I may still take a stab at scanning the logo off of the box game. I bought a printer with a scanner, I might as well use it for something other than photocopying. :)
I only wish I had a hand mic and better podiums, but we'll make it work out!
Peter: I thought you had another gig tonight? Or did that get shuffled a day 'cuz of your watch? :) Anyhow, if you can make it out, by all means please do!
Pyramid80: I wasn't knocking your info, just the font itself. Calm. ;)

I downloaded Casey's Family Feud font, ran it through TTConverter (I'm a Mac OS user) and installed it. I noticed, however, that the apostrophe is missing: What do you do if you have, say, the D'Angelo family playing?
