Title: Commercial for Domino's

There's something I noticed on the commercial for Domino's Pizza where the guy at the counter was using maxed out credit cards.  The guy looks like Todd, the contestant who won $100,000 on Russian Roulette.  Any confirmation on that?

Are you referring to Todd Truly?  I read his name mentioned in www.tvgameshows.net, but cannot place the face.
