The hexagons are interesting, reminds me of one of the turntable games from the 70s. I think it'll grow on me, but it's definitely interesting.

I think that's exactly what I'm thinking of. Knew it was something vintage...for some reason I kept getting a "Bonus Game" or "Give or Keep" vibe from it.

That makes sense; the shape of the old game boards was an irregular octagon. (Imagine a square where the midpoints were stretched out a little bit.) My only thought is whether it will upstage or distract from the action.

Yup, the '60s NBC Match Game. Can't look at an oblongated hexagon without thinking of that show.
