I'm talking getting all thirty correct questions in one round.

Has it ever happened on Trebek Jeopardy? Fleming Jeopardy? A foreign version?

I would think this would be almost impossible.  First, you'd have to know EVERY answer (or question, sorry), and you'd have to be first to ring in EVERY time.  And...you'd have to hope they didn't run out of time before they got to every answer.

This is something I doubt will ever happen.

Well, if you've got the first two, the third is almost guaranteed--wrong answers and no answers are what tend to make the rounds end early.
