Have there been any other "American Bible Challenge" spinoffs?

My estimate is 0.4, but my guesstimate is 0.7 ratings points.
-

No.

No.
/how the fark is something a "Bible Challenge spin-off" just because Jeebus
-
Stan Marsh: You don't even know anything about Christianity!
Eric Cartman: I know enough to exploit it.

Given his complete lack of competency with the English language to date I was impressed he was able to articulate a complete thought. I suppose now he should get to work on the content side.

What *I* would like to know is this: My Satellite Direct magazine lists an 8am-8pm Feud marathon on Monday, June 30. What could that day be marking, other than 34 years to the day Feud moved to the noon time slot? What's this all about? LGY, you're the self-proclaimed GSN expert. Come on, boy, get to it, find this out! Chop chop!

It Takes a Church is the first official one.
According to what?
-
I just had mexican food for lunch. I'll see if I can produce any other of his statements.

It Takes a Church is the first official one. It definitely sounds like it ties in to the Bible Challenge viewers
You do realize that your second statement just contradicted your first, I hope.
-
They're produced by different companies, you know.

How dare you question the person who runs the official unofficial GSN blog, whatever the dickens that means.

I'm going to say "with aplomb." :)
-
I'm still waiting for him to explain how they can be airing the show when he knows for a fact they haven't started taping it yet.
-
I thought about that but went in another direction with my cross-examination.

You're closer to finding out what happened to the pilot Episode of Ceasars Challenge, Yet.

Considering his source for ratings is no longer allowed to publish them, I'm curious to see what happens to his excuse for a blog...

Wait...what?

Our "budding journalist" gets his info from a Douglas Pucci at a "Son of the Bronx" blog. Well, apparently Nielsen has come after him:
However, Blogger has recently began removing my recent blog posts because they allege to infringe on copyrights, with more removals to come.
Despite numerous references to sources of ratings information (included in every single blog post), it seems they are not enough grounds to counter these removals.
Therefore, I must unfortunately halt these ratings lists here on this blog.

I left aplomb out in the sun, and it turned into aprune.

This goes back to a YouTube-related point made a few weeks ago:
ACKNOWLEDGING THE FACT YOU'RE USING SOMEONE ELSE'S PROPERTY DOES NOT GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO USE SOMEONE ELSE'S PROPERTY.
Now, I don't read LegoYank's blog (nor will I) but based on some of the posts he's made around here I'm guessing more than a few were little more than lists of ratings. How close am I?

[Ed McMahon]You are correct, sir![/Ed McMahon] He pretty much regurgitates info that is easily found elsewhere online, but tries to word it where it seems that he is breaking the news. Since Douglas's info is no longer freely available, he really doesn't have much content at all to work with anymore.

Again, though, with so many good reasons to trash LGY, let's not go misinterpreting extra ones. It's Pucci making the weaselly excuses for his potential infringement. LGY just follows him slavishly and then reposts the same information as his own.

Ah, I see. As a concession, the next time an opportunity presents to trash him, I shall do nothing. And I'm guessing I won't have to wait long to do nothing.

I too suspect your inactivity will come sooner rather than later. :)
-
I may regret asking this, but has LGY ever been close to being banned or given a time-out, for any reason other than just being annoying? (Though being a Yankee fan can be annoying enough:))

remotely stable ratings,
What does that even mean?
-

Ratings have stabilized for It Takes a Church. Since the premiere, ratings have not skyrocketed or fallen to the Earth either.
It lost 10 percent of its audience from the premiere. That's not really something to write off.
-
American Bible Challenge is facing some drops, 482,000 viewers from its latest new episode on June 19th (episode 6 of the season). Respectable for GSN overall but a series low for Bible.
Has GSN even promoted "Bible" outside of their own channel this season? I haven't heard a peep about the show this time around on any of the radio stations I listen to.

By 'stabilized', he meant that the ratings have stopped falling, since the third episode was slightly higher than the second.

So how are they "remotely stable" instead of merely "stable"?

With all of the perfectly valid reasons to dismiss LGY, is pushing a matter of language semantics really necessary?

It goes to the fact that he's a really lousy writer with diploma from the Alex Davis School of Adjectival Cramming: you wouldn't say "ratings were far-off stable" if you wanted to be understood, much less respected.
I also don't like that he can't be arsed to break up his e-mail address so it falls over into whatever post he excreted. But at this point I think anything he can do to help his cause (including becoming a better writer) is worthwhile. If all he's doing is regurgitating ratings data then there's no need for prose at all.
-

Right. We get that. The horse is dead and it's not going to be resuscitated. Why keep beating it? Why minimalize other, more legitimate criticisms by watering them down with this?
I also don't like that he can't be arsed to break up his e-mail address so it falls over into whatever post he excreted.
Oh for God's sake.

Was that wrong? Should I not have done that?
-
The dead horse is stable.
The dead horse is not in the stable.
The dead horse's excrement is stable.
The dead horse's excrement is not in the stable.
stable stable horse horse excrement excrement
Carry on.

Hey everyone,
(mindless drivel snipped)
I think the only person who cares is you...as you're the only person who likes your writing style.

The ratings for ABC last season were, at times, well over 1M viewers. Now it pulls in about half of that, and you think GSN may renew based on those numbers?
(Consider the source, and all that.)
That reminds me, weren't you adamant that ABC's 3rd season wouldn't debut until summer? How'd that work out for you?
-
2) It is Summer.

Just give it up, kid....Your credibility in here is already torn way, way far beyond repair, and the Great GSN Staffer Email Fracas of 2014 didn't help you either.
