Title: Another font search - Name That Tune

I had this font once upon a time, now I don't and I can't remember what it was called. What was the font for the neon sign in the later years of Tom Kennedy's version?

I'm on my phone and having trouble searching, but try "circle" or "cirkulus" and see what that does for you.
