Neat AV Club interview with a TPiR Showcase winner. I enjoyed reading some of the details. Nothing startling or new for us here, but still a good read:

Wait.....she said she\'s grown up with the show?  I thought the only strategy for the Showcase Showdown was how hard or easy to spin the wheel.  And when in the hell did they start offering prizes on the wheel?  (/sarc)

Just watched ABC World News - they showed a promo for an \"after you win on The Price Is Right\" feature tomorrow on Good Morning America. I wouldn\'t be surprised if it were the same person - and yes, ABC also mixed up the Showcase and the Showcase Showdown.
