2:30 strikes me as *really* early for Jeopardy.
We get it at 3:30 here in Des Moines and I thought that was about as early as it goes (Though I hear of an affiliate that has it on like 11:00 AM).

All my life I have been used to Jeopardy at 3:30 P.M.; it's not going to be hard to adjust; it will just seem a bit weird.
If that talk show goes over like a fart in church, I see WLS putting it back in its home slot.

2:30 strikes me as *really* early for Jeopardy.
For many years, it aired nationwide at noon Eastern, 11:00 A.M. Central and Pacific. I assume if this board had been around in 1984, some people would be complaining that J! seemed like it was on too late in the day in most places.
I suspect in these modern times, many Chicago-area viewers won't really notice the time switch, since they watch in the evening via DVR anyway.

I've lived in Chicago for 12 years, and I'm still not used to it being on at 3:30. (Of course, I'm never home before 6:30 anyway.)

Growing up, I used to come home to watching "Jeopardy!" at 3:30. Even when in high school (10 years ago), I'd try to skip debate just for that sole reason. Now, I'm glad if I can get home before 7.

It's been 2:30 in the adjacent Rockford market for a couple years now.
